About
For over twelve years I've been the person behind the scenes who keeps things calm, polished, and on-brand across retail, corporate, and creative environments.
I'm equally comfortable welcoming guests and setting a room's tone as I am managing calendars, vendors, billing, and the small logistics that make an organization run.
My background sits at the meeting point of client experience and brand sensibility, from luxury and lifestyle retail to executive support and in-house marketing.
I work in English, Punjabi, Hindi, and Urdu, and I'm happiest in premium, design-forward spaces where atmosphere, detail, and craft genuinely matter.
Who I Am
I'm easy to get along with, and good communication matters to me. I love bringing people together, whether it's an in-office celebration or a project the whole team has to pull off, and I try to keep things light and positive, even on a busy day.

As the eldest of three and a first-generation Canadian, born to immigrant parents who worked selflessly, I learned early what a strong work ethic looks like. Helping raise my siblings shaped how I work: patience, juggling a lot at once, staying positive, and spotting a problem before it lands so I can get ahead of it. It also taught me how to read and work well with all kinds of personalities.
Outside of work, I love to volunteer, and there's little I enjoy more than cooking for family and the people I love.
Career Highlights
On the founding teams behind first-of-their-kind openings in Canada, and the first hire who built a new Canadian role into a lasting function, with training now used globally.
On the opening team for Holt Renfrew's prototype women's footwear hall, the first in Canada to feature dedicated boutiques for Christian Louboutin, Manolo Blahnik, Gucci, Ferragamo, and Jimmy Choo.
Part of the founding team that launched Marciano's first-ever location in Canada.
Part of the founding team that opened LA Fitness's first-ever Canadian location, built to the same facility designs as its U.S. clubs, helping turn the chaos of a brand-new launch into a success. I was later recruited onto the sales team to open the second Canadian location, where I was the only woman on the team and proud to be one of its top performers.
Joined as the first hire for a new pilot role, where I started by asking how I could save the buyers time and make their work easier. That question led me to create the how-to manuals, documents, and ways of working that grew into a lasting success, adopted across every department of TJX Canada and later used globally for future training. Earning the buyers' trust took patience, and I'm proud to have been part of it.
Experience
Run daily operations of an established fashion boutique, sourcing seasonal collections, designing window displays and in-store styling, managing vendors, and hosting pop-up events in the community.
Owned end-to-end client service, including scheduling, enrollment, billing, and high-volume communication, alongside social media and email, with multilingual support that widened community access.
Welcomed 100+ clients a day across channels, partnered with store leadership on seasonal planning and visual standards, and built reporting that informed decisions.
Coordinated office and administrative operations for a team of 19 buyers, handling meetings, travel, and vendor packages, and designed mood boards, decks, and strategy materials in InDesign and Photoshop.
Event and sales coordination, executive calendar management across time zones, and marketing/editorial support, including proofing brand materials and keeping voice consistent across print and digital.
